02Permitted use

You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content beyond what robots.txt permits.
• Use automated traffic at a rate that degrades service for others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any LENS-hosted demo.
• Republish substantial portions of LENS content without written permission.

All content on this site — text, images, code, marks — is owned by LENS Corporation or its licensors. LENS, the LENS logo, HyperFUSE, ICCC, SAFER, NMS, VIEW, LENS LM, MakeMyWeb and FinDash are trademarks of LENS Corporation. Third-party marks are the property of their owners.

04Demos & free tools

We sometimes publish free, hosted demos so prospects can evaluate capabilities. These are provided "as-is", without SLA, may be rate-limited, and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not feed them production or sensitive data. Demos are not part of any contract you may have with LENS.

05Accounts

If a part of this site requires an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LENS’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of this website is limited to INR 10,000 (approx. USD 120). LENS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury).

08Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LENS harmless against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, except that LENS may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Consumers may have additional rights in their home jurisdiction that these terms do not displace.
