Dr. Debayan Deb.
Dr. Deb is the founder and CEO of LENS Corporation. PhD from Michigan State University, where his research focused on biometrics, face recognition and explainable computer vision - the same threads that now run through every product on the LENS stack.
He has spent the last decade arguing one quiet position: that the systems we trust to watch the physical world owe their operators an explanation, not just an answer. LENS is what that argument looks like, productised.

LENS started with one question: can a face-recognition model say why it said yes? The answer became the company.
2018
VIEW ships.
The first end-to-end LENS product: a video management system that reasoned, not just recorded. Early deployments in Indian airports and metros.

Cross-sensor fusion.
Visible + thermal + RADAR in a single inference graph. The substrate for everything that came next.

Going global.
