02Sale & sharing of personal information
LENS does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not have, and have never had, a category of "sold" or "shared" data under CCPA/CPRA definitions.
03Your rights as a California resident
- Right to know — categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct — inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit — use of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI for inference).
- Right to opt out — of sale/sharing (n/a, see §2).
- Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of the above.

We verify requests by matching to existing records (email + name + recent interaction). We respond within 45 days, with a one-time 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.
05Non-discrimination
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right — no denied service, no different price, no different quality.
06Authorised agent
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request. The agent must provide written, signed authorisation and we may still need to verify the consumer’s identity directly.
